Muthumudalige Pushpakumara appointed Kuwait National Coach Featured

Former Sri Lankan cricketer Muthumudalige Pushpakumara has been appointed as the national coach of the Kuwait national cricket team.

37-year-old Muthumudalige represented Ananda Vidyalaya was selected to the under 19 Sri Lanka team and later gained ODI status representing the Tamil Union Sports Club.

Currently he is serving as the Chief Coach of the Colts Cricket Club, a post he has been holding for the past six years, and has been instrumental is winning two ODI runner up awards one ODI award and under 23 runners up awards for Colts.

He has also served as the coach for the Sri Lanka Lawyer’s team at the World Lawyers World Cup tournament.
