3 more Covid-19 deaths ; total caseload surpasses 50,000

Health authorities have confirmed 03 Covid-19 deaths today (13).

The latest patients to succumb to Covid-19 are :

- A 66-year old male from Battaramulla.
- A 81-year old male from Colombo 15
- A 89-year old female from Colombo 10

Accordingly, the total number of fatalities now stand at 247.

Meanwhile, according to the Public Health Bureau, the total number of infections is at 50,229 after 692 cases were found today.
