Army, Navy chiefs in cover up of Thajudeen murder? Featured

The commanders of the Army and the Navy are yet to submit to the CID the documents pertaining to the details and records of bodyguards of Yoshitha Rajapaksa at the time when ruggerite Wasim Thajudeen was murdered.

Both have been asked in writing to furnish details of duties, leave documents etc. during the period under question.

This is because Yoshitha’s bodyguards had removed pages of the log book from 10 May 2012 to 22 May 2012.

The CID’s homicide unit has questioned military officials, including seniors, of the PSD who had been in charge of the documents requested.
