Speaking to reporters in Colombo today (01), chairman of the Private Bus Owners Association - Gemunu Wijeratne said a proposal will be made to the National Transportation Commission next week to increase fares with effect from January 2022.

‘The minimum fare should be Rs.20/-,” he said.
