According to the Department of Government Information, 16 persons who arrived from Qatar, four returnees from the United Arab Emirates, 06 returnees from Kuwait, 02 returnees from the Maldives, a returnee from Ethiopia and a Ukrainian national who arrived from Thailand tested positive for the virus.

The number of Covid-19 cases confirmed in Sri Lanka has risen to 3,234 after 39 new cases were detected yesterday (13).
