Curfew in Puttalam, Vavuniya, Mannar, Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu & Jaffna to be lifted on Friday (26) at 6.00am & reimposed at 12.00 noon.
However, curfew in Colombo, Gampaha & Kalutara to continue indefinitely.
Travel between districts as well as guiding groups of foreigners are strictly prohibited.
However, individuals engaged in farming or working in small tea estates or in the Agro-export industry are permitted to continue work.
Also, media services as well as transport services of essential goods including rice and vegetables will be allowed.
The airport will also provide services for air passengers at the airport while port services are also permitted to continue.
The government further notes that the minister of Agriculture and Trade are are to properly control these activities,

Meanwhile, president Gotabaya Rajapaksa has directed the heads of commercial banks to keep their branches open as necessary.
