Hutch and Etisalat admit to not granting tax concession to customers

Hutch and Etisalat has admitted that they did not pass on the tax concession granted by the government to their customers between December 01, 2019 to December 03, 2019.

This was revealed during an investigation conducted by the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (TRC) based on a complaint lodged by the National Movement for the Protection of Consumer Rights.

However, the two companies have been notified to grant the customers the money due through the tax concessions.
